How to Manifest Using Affirmations. A Step by Step Guide


The Use of Affirmations is a powerful tool to imprint your Subconscious Mind and play with the energy of Universe. Affirmations are positive statements and ideas we repeat over and over again to imprint your subconscious mind. When we affirm something its like we are informing the Universe that we are ready for a new belief and reality. Universe is here to grant all our wishes we just need to place the order, now its up to you what order you wish to place. Your beliefs create your reality. So when you believe you don't deserve love, Universe accepts the order and will never deliver you love. Also when you believe you deserve money, health and wealth, Universe accepts the order and delivers the same.

Everything you see around you is a manifestation of a thought/idea. Whatever we create and manifest it first comes as a thought/idea in our mind and the quality of the manifestation depends on the quality of the thought/idea. A Positive thought creates a Positive Reality and off course visa versa. 

This article is to help you manifest your reality using Affirmations as a Spiritual Tool. Here is the step by step guide to use Affirmations as tool to Manifest your Desires 

STEP 1 - Think of what you wish to manifest in your life. 

  • is it a new habit
  • a new career idea
  • a new friend
  • a romantic partner
  • a new way of being
It doesn't necessarily have to be a person or a thing, it can also be a new habit, a new hobby  or a new pattern. Choose and be specific on what you wish to create. 

STEP 2 - Write it down on a piece of paper, as if you have already manifested it 

Suppose you wish to start this new habit of getting up early in the morning. This is what you can write on a piece of paper (you can create your own statements, but make sure they are in present tense) 

  • I wake up early everyday at 7 am 
  • I wake up early in the morning 

You can be as specific as you want. Be creative. See and feel what feels right to you. 

STEP 3 - Repeat, Repeat , Repeat

Now make sure you repeat these statements to yourself in the morning, at night or the entire day, so it gets deeply ingrained in your Subconscious Mind. 
Our subconscious is the Power House. It is the support system through which our Conscious Mind brings our desires into manifestation. Without the subconscious no desire can manifest. Our subconscious holds all the creative powers of the Universe.

Whatever we create in Our Life is a result of our Beliefs. If we believe we are worthy of something we will go for it, we will take action on it and achieve it no matter what but if we believe we are not worthy of something we will not even try. So from where do these beliefs come from ?

Beliefs are ideas stored deep in our Subconscious Mind. Our Beliefs shape our Behaviors,Habits and Actions. Think of Subconscious Mind as a storage device that contains all the data and information you are exposed to since birth. This information includes past memories and experiences. Now what subconscious mind does with stored information is, subconscious mind forms beliefs and ideas and then stores those beliefs and it is because of these beliefs formed that you behave and act in various life situations. and events. 

For example : If a person is confident chances are there is a belief stored deep in his/her subconscious mind that '' I am Confident ''  


Affirmations, Beliefs and Your Mind

To change Negative Beliefs we need to instill new positive beliefs in our Subconscious and Affirmations is one of the the Tools 


Since all reality is created by our Subconscious Mind, if we change our Subconscious Beliefs we can change our life. An affirmation is a Positive Statement repeated to oneself continuously in present tense till it gets deeply ingrained in your subconscious mind and becomes your reality. 

For example : If there is a belief in your mind that you are not worthy of Good Things in Your Life. This is what you will create till you change this negative belief by continuously repeating Affirmations like : 

 '' I am worthy '' 
'' I am worthy of Good In My Life ''
'' I am worthy of all abundance in my life ''
